01. Problem
Post-COVID lockdown, Bell & Harp needed a WebApp to allow customers to order and pay from their tables to minimise indoor queuing.
02. Solution
Research: we conducted research to identify customer needs and pain points through user interviews, surveys, and user personas.
Design: we created sketches and wireframes based on our findings, followed by low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes. We reviewed these with the client to finalise the best solution.
Development: once the design was approved, we coded the WebApp and conducted extensive local testing to ensure it was fully functional and user-friendly.
Lunch: after verifying the WebApp was bug-free, we launched it.
03. Outcome
The WebApp met all client requirements. This allowed customers to order and pay from their tables seamlessly. Waiters efficiently managed orders using a tablet inside the pub.
04. Feedback
At The Bell & Harp in Little Eaton, we needed a web app to take orders and collect payments from our garden tables. Bravoweb exceeded our expectations. The app was a lifesaver during COVID and was launched in no time. We highly recommend them. Thank you!
