CSJ Construction’s outdated website lacked user-friendliness and responsiveness. It was slow to load and had poor UI/UX design, which negatively impacted its online presence and SEO ranking.

02. Solution

Research: we conducted comprehensive research, including user interviews and surveys, and created user personas to identify pain points and understand user needs.

Design: based on our research, we created sketches and wireframes and developed low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes that were reviewed and refined with the client.

Development: after finalising the design, we coded the new website and followed up with rigorous local testing to ensure flawless functionality.

Lunch: we launched the new website once all tests confirmed the site was bug-free.

03. Outcome

The new website is user-friendly, fully responsive, and highly optimised, with a performance score of 97 100. SEO improvements have placed CSJ Construction at the top of Google search results, significantly boosting its online presence.
